I'll just say upfront that I'm new to using a private proxy. I just purchased some today for the purpose of Facebook marketing. How can I tell if the proxies that I just purchased are of good quality???

Hi all. Can anybody recommend a private proxy service that is good for creating Facebook accounts? And do I even need to say that I'm looking for proxies that aren't going to sell me spammed out IPs? Thanks for any recommendations!

I'm setting up a small network of Facebook profiles (1-5 per city... and the top 200 cities). Will I need to manage each and every profile from a proxy located in the same city as the profile? Or is it ok to have a proxy in Phoenix, and manage an account in Denver through that proxy?
