I'm considering whether or not to buy a domain (auction). It has a nice domain name, has some age and some links (PR0 though). However I see that it isn't indexed in Google (it's has been parked for a while). Does this mean it's penalized/blacklisted? Should I buy it?

On my domain account (NameCheap) I got around 15 domains. Most of them could, in theory, be violating certain copyright infringements. What I wonder is; in case NameCheap received a couple of DMCA notices do you think they could decide to shut down my entire account at once?
