I noticed on some pages that their videos have ad-breaks that play before the video starts, instead of after a minute of play time. Does anyone know how to enable that, or is that a FB watch only thing?

On average I'm getting well over 20.000 minutes watched on most of the videos I post and that barely makes me $2... The average watch time is around 45 seconds, so I'm starting to think that the fill rates are terrible. Anyone else seeing this or could there be some other problem?
