Hey folks I have seen a lot of gigs on fiverr where people offer thousands of YT views or FB likes for a few dollars. Can anybody explain how they manage that I mean how are the views and likes generated, are they using bots or how does this work?

I am in a pretty bad situation here I need to make at least $10 per day but since in my country you can't withdraw money viva PayPal my options are very limited. Also I don't have a computer only a smart phone. Does anyone have an idea what could workout for me?
