I have a PR 3 tech blog. I get a lot of guest post requests through my guest posting page. The articles that I receive are pretty good. Are there any repercussions in allowing too many guest posts with a do-follow link or providing a do-follow link to one particular site again and again?

I dual booted Ubuntu 12.04 along with Windows 7 yesterday. I can login to Ubuntu with my password . But when I use su or sudo command and enter the same password, I get "su: authentication failure" I need to fix this asap. Thanks in advance.
