I keep getting blocked for only following 100 people a day.. I spread it out quite significantly and use Embedded Browser in MassPlanner. Any tips?

Or does Instagram's algorithm flag it so it doesn't show it on explore/hashtags? If it does flag it, will doing it repetitively cause your content to not hit explore at all?
