My last indexing was on 26 August, and after that, my website's indexing seems to be down. I submitted the link to index, but after checking multiple times the last crawling date was same. Is it me or someone else facing this after the Google update, and how can I make my pages index easily?

I just want to know when we are creating map backlinks on Web 2.0 and other sites, which link do we need to publish like the Google Maps link or that HTML code? And what about creating PBN links on 2-tier for indexing 1-tier backlinks which are map backlinks?
