So Google crushed my older website in SERPs for some keywords... Which sucks. I'm starting up a new website, and I'm wondering what are the best SEO methods to use. My new site will have all quality content. No spun crap... What should I NOT do? What SHOULD I do? Thanks for you comments!

Im new to the forum. I own a couple websites that I've used a lot of black hatting to get them high in the serps. I'm starting a new site and im going to hang around and see if i can find some new seo ideas. - Josh
