Hey! Having trouble indexing 'areas we serve' pages. Does anyone have any tips? I assume Google assesses the pages as low quality/duplicate content (I think the pages are a value add). Should I focus on building backlinks to these pages? (All other website pages are indexed and ranking).

I'm finding that some of the new pages (already published for 8+ weeks) I build are not indexed by Google (not appearing in SERP at all). I assume Google regards them as low quality. How can I fix this? Direct backlinks?
