I'm sure you have all seen where you search for a certain keyword and Google states, "Did you mean xxxxx" instead. How do I get google to stop suggesting my competitor for my sites name? Names are similar, similar niche, etc.

I would like to specifically target a niche by mass messaging everyone who follows a certain account. Is there any program that does this? Or is it possible to get a list of all their followers?
