Does google ban/disapprove your ad for malicious software/circumventing, if you have a high click thru rate?

My ad got disapproved for circumventing systems and malicious software. cloaker leak? If so why didn't they ban my account? If it wasn't a cloaker leak, why did they detect circumventing systems and malicious software?

I read that the proper way to cloak is you need to buy your own vps and upload your safe/money page there. How can I do this if I HAVE to use shopify for my money page? I tried the js paste intergration and got detected lol So whats the best step forward?

I have been using traffic shield for a few days and got the malicious software disapproval message. They stopped my ad but account is fine. Bought new domain, used a new shopify theme, made a new product page, and now the ad is pending approval again. So was it because google saw the cloaker...

Where do you paste the js/php cloaker code on shopify? I have yet to see any documentations.
