Assuming that I have reached a point where new content is on a drip drip on my site and I do not want to go for any link building that might be penalised is it worth pushing hard the link building to my Tumblr page as it has good links back to my site which appear to be ********.

I have seen plenty of mentions of Copyscape passed in reference to articles. What exactly does that mean as what I see on Copyscape is a percentage of copy repeated elswhere?
