Search results

We advertise mostly on twitter by using hashtags, but I have no clue why some accounts never show up on search and some always show up on search. How do I make sure my tweet lands on the search result? What could I be doing wrong that prevents that? Thank you

I am a weed dealer in South Korea, where Marijuana use is highly illegal. Because of this, competing dealers advertise using Twitter, Pinterest, Flickr, Wattpad, and Medium with keywords like "한국 떨 (korea weed)" and "대마초 구매 (purchasing marijuana)." If I wanted to get on top of those keywords...
