I've seen a lot of channels like "Daily Dose of Internet" who use own commentary and are monetized. Is it enough to put your own commentary under compilations to be eligible for Youtube Monetaziation program??

I heard recently that you have to use a voice over/commentary to get monetized but what about 2D animation videos that you created yourself or 2D sketches that sometimes don't require a real human voice or any voice/commentary? Do they fall in an own category?
