Can anyone recommend a good VPS host? It will be used to run scripts to take some of the load off my dedicated server. I'm looking for the best bang for the buck

I've read a great deal about how good TBS is, however, I could not find any reviews on BHW regarding the usefulness of Smart Article Generator. SAG seems to do everything TBS does plus more.

If I have 20 dedicated private proxies for just me and me alone...how long would they last using hrefer?
What would the optimal settings be for threads/delay, etc do you think in order to have the best bang to ban ratio?
Anyone ever try running hrefer or xrumer on a Linux server? I already have a pretty kick ass linux dedi. Thought about maybe installing a virtual instance of windows.
