I also believe a good reason for this is using Dark Mode at night. Google maps navigation will turn on at night so it decreases glare when you drive. It can also be quite annoying seeing a bright screen when it is dark out. That is just my personal opinion but I believe it helps a lot.

Powerlikes are likes that come from large following accounts, but this provider does not need passwords so I would believe it would be a panel then. Is that what you are asking?

Powerlikes are likes from High Following accounts. Anywhere from 10k to over 1 million followers. The chances of these likes being fake are very very slim since the accounts and engagement are high quality. The catch is Powerlikes are more expensive. But you get what you pay for.
