This might work: Have a script that scrapes proxies and then send emails from these accounts via smtp with let's say C#. If you dont log in via the web interface perhaps changing ips wont raise red flags. Not sure tho :)

How can you trust these images to be copyright free? Anyone could re-upload a copyrighted image and put it as non copyrighted. Also what if an owner of an image changes the image license later on. Do you make screenshots of any image you take as proof?
