You pretty much shouldn't be downloading images with the proxies, as those will eat up most of your data. If so 1 gb can go a very long way (also, a bit more technical, but cached JS, css, etc can also save you lots of bandwidth)

Might be a bit more biased, but mobile proxies are by far the cleanest, and a bit necessary on reddit. With residentials you really don't have control over how they've been used before and/or who's currently using them.

Yeah for you just buy multiple sim cards, and use multiple phones. The only issue is that it's going to be a bit hard to manage all the phones and actually do your work.
