Are your sites getting ranked after latest google algorith, I see there is 30 day sandbox, but its not for long tail keywords. I had started 4 sites, they are on page 3 itself even after building links from 100 pr3 websites.

grassyxcloudz, I would suggest you need to go for CLoud Backup solution if you site has lot of dat to day changes as this can be done automatically. If you site is static & change once a Month then you go with Local Backup
