withdraw from paypal after 180 days
i have a paypal stealth account and unlimited after 180 days. email from paypal was recevied saying that i can withdraw to bank. however, the bank account registered was not mine and i have try to add payoneer account, but fail. this paypal is from US but i am not in US. could anyone...- ustmark

i have a paypal stealth account and unlimited after 180 days. email from paypal was recevied saying that i can withdraw to bank. however, the bank account registered was not mine and i have try to add payoneer account, but fail. this paypal is from US but i am not in US. could anyone suggest...
