Germans on BHW - What about the German Law on affiliate sites?
Hey there! I'm planning to start as an Affiliate at Clickbank but, as I'm German myself, I have to consider German Law. Are there any things (beneath adding an 'Impressum') to keep in mind when creating an affiliate site? I don't want to get sued by some gold-digging lawyer... Thanks :) -
