What's a good proxy service for uploading to multiple accounts on YT?

Whenever I try to upload to YT I get an error saying it fails and right after it fails, the account gets disabled. Has this happened to anyone? What does it mean?

I've uploaded a few videos just now and everything uploaded fine and the video was processed by YT. But when I do a search for it, my video is nowhere to be found. Is this YT's way of ghosting me or something? Has this happened to anyone else?

Got an e-mail just now from my host saying they got complaints that my sites link to 'warez' content. So its shut down now. Has this happened to anyone? Do I just find another host and move to that one?

When a video says 'rejected (content inappropriate) does that mean it's been flagged by users, or it was taken down by youtube staff?
