Ringtone/mobile ads guidelines have changed yet again. Is anyone still getting a decent enough ROI with the changes? Should I even bother anymore? Seems like my conversions would tank if I followed them. I was doing amazing in Brazil.

I noticed that my adwords ads stop showing at a certain time, around 5pm. 1. I have no ad scheduling turned on 2. I have budgets open to 10x what they are spending 3. bids keep me at the optimum position (3-5) where most of my conversions happen. what gives? any suggestions?
