Dont let the rankings affect what you are doing to the site. Just ignore the results for a while and let google do its thing

Try using GSA but i wouldn't just spam them if you are spending decent time and money building those T1's. Use good variety.

I would just give it more time. Keep building links and social signals steadily.

Footprints are things that link website engines together. For example WordPress has a few footprints. Because of these we can search these footprints in higher and only bring up wordpress sites

If you are manually building links you won't need to change your ip unless you are building a few from Dave site.

Speed rank is great if you don't want to learn sape and do the link analysis.

Web 2.0's are websites you can post to and have your own url e.g. www.wiki.com/Keyword They are normally social and allow you to have parasite pages and your own subdomains sometimes. (They can be used for Blog networks (Not as effective as real ones))
