Really confused So I see people saying use an 4g or 5g hotspot/proxy for creating and managing Sleath PP accounts, are they one in the same? I wanted static residential proxies for my paypal accounts (I will have one device per paypal aco****) And I didn’t want one virgin ip for each PP...
