Sorry I went back to your first post, so you're kinda new in this. So I have a little experience in that but my advice is to pick very carefully your proxy and use multi account/browser I suggest you to have a look on youtube about how to set this up. Good Luck on your path!

There is plenty of tutorial on youtube explaining how to set up correctly your proxy and even if you do everything correctly they still ban at some point. Of course if you don't raise too much red flag they will take more time to find your account...
