I've been reading about Bluesky a bit. Besides it being a "decentralized" microblogging site from Jack Dorsey and co, what's the main draw? Is it operating on a Layer 2 chain? I couldn't find anything about *how* the platform is decentralized.

Multiple images are important. In general somewhere between 10-50. Quality is more important than raw quantity.
The most important part is high-quality manual captions of the images. That goes into the "quality vs quantity" bit as well.
