Been waiting too, still no option to add followers. I guess he is waiting for the 180 days to expire on all deposits made, that's the maximum time you have to open a dispute on PayPal. He offered me to refund 25% to PayPal, BUT he would exclude me from the panel, whereas he stated that there...

He told me he can refund 15% to PayPal only. Seller is changing % all the time and is really contradicting himself. I guess he's waiting until 180 days are finished since the last deposit someone has made. That's how long you can open a dispute with PayPal.

In the end all followers will drop, no matter where you order them. But I would rather order with other panels to be able to deliver for my clients right now instead of waiting another month. So a refund would be in place. We have been waiting too long.

I would prefer a refund to PayPal if the services won't work any soon. Other panels are working fine.

Orders don't get completed sometimes. OP doesn't reply to my message in the topic not he doesn't reply on Skype. Admin, notify this seller please.

Lost many followers for many different accounts too. Please reply on Skype, I don't know which of the 2 Skype accounts you're using... Please refill all lost followers or refund all that was lost to my PayPal.
