Will PayPal restore my old account after I pay an outstanding debt?
Sorry if this is the wrong forum. I don’t see a PayPal section. My PP account’s been limited/closed for around 3 years, after I sold some counterfeit merchandise on eBay (yes I’m a moron). I now have an unpaid balance of around $1000 that’s been sent to collections. Finally ready to pay it back...- lohustla91
