Assuming the buyer complained he will have been protected by paypals buyer protection so you are in the clear.

You are allowed to sell products imported from China so if they are legit products you are best off asking your actual supploer to make you an invoice. ''Creative'' docs will work sometimes also. It depends on how high risk the items youve been selling are and how much sales volume you were doing.
