I actually just written one after I commented. Trick is and I think you mentioned this before is just start writing and by the time you know it you have written a article. Don't over stress yourself. Maybe focus on a blog for your web 2.0 and then tomorrow an article for your website etc

I'm in the same boat as you but I'm trying to look for KW with a score less than 30. I agree with wblteam. Analyze the top 10 websites that are ranking for the KW you want to rank. See what they are doing and do it better. I'm a newbie myself so this is just my 2cents worth :)
