Is it against the rules to run a "search engine" type website that has a huge google search on it, which runs with adsense? Just worried they may think its promoting clicks. Something similar to blackle.com (those guys were genious)

Anyone had any luck with this? I have seen some people with 10,000 friends selling their accounts for 50-100$. I have some friend adder programs that support multiple accounts. Do you guys have any experience or guidance for me doing this?
