I think overall quality is more important to me. For example I recently had a youtube video go viral, made tons of sales but the support is a joke and people are not having success with the product so I actually feel bad for putting it out there as I did. Yeah I made money from promoting it but...

Always helpful to do something like this, definitely an area I've messed up on before. Sometimes I've found clients are less willing to work with me though based on trying to do a lengthy contract.
