Had some success with web sniper 1.1, a new software available on Softpedia. Managed to get the majority of my websites to PR2, two of them PR3.

Can anyone recommend some techniques which can generate back links. I've been using a piece of software called web sniper 1.1 to automatically plug comments into niche specific blogs and am interested to hear about other strategies which may have worked well for you.
