Back in the day, CPAlead use to host the backend to those CPA surveys, install software/app and signup bonuses. I ran that MyVoucherScript website that allowed users to get rewards for doing the above. Do services still exist that offer this other than just app installs?

We are testing some code on a website and need to submit a load of data via a web form. Are there any free/open-source programs that would allow us to do this with proxy support? We basically want to spam the shit out of a web form without protection....
