I was wondering if it is possible to just have a plain website with an index page that redirects youtube viewers to offers that are relevant to their geo location. My plan is to place a simple website url in the descripiton and have possible leads be automatically redirected to the proper offers.

I on average get 1k views/day on my youtube account and can easily double that number. My question is what should I do with these views? Simply place a CPA offer? Or is there more to it?
