I have been using javascript, php for the website development and server side code.
I would recommend starting from them as they are all scripting languages and meant to be for fast development.
I used to one for each websites before I got called out that there are 2 accounts business. Now I only have two accounts, one personal and one for business.
One thing you can try is to replace everything in { } with Id(or something that you know that will not repeat. Then you replace all the text you want. And then you can put all the text back.

If you use php, you can use rand function.
In that way, you can print different html based on the php random number.
This way is more secure because the user will not see your JS/HTML source code.
