how to unban an account? Do they not at all value forum members who were registered several years ago? and they ban you on the first complaint without the possibility of unbanning?

Why is it that when I leave a comment it gets checked? How can a site with 50k+ visitors per month check all comments manually? How to get around this, anyone who has encountered this, please tell me.
