If you are not getting the text verification code...after trying multiple times...does that mean the account is permanently banned? Or some other issue? Use another proxy, phone number?

It's already been happening for a while now actually. And not just FB. free market provides an incentive for people to develop complementary services for products - there'll be more complicated bots to combat this
