i ordered buy 2 get one free package one month ago for 3 URLS of my site and i still have not received any report. i talked with Jonathan, but he send me the wrong report. it is the second time i did not receive a report on time. And no SERP movement so far. Very disappointed

i have no other campaign running at the moment and i dont think those bad links are from you either. The reason why i choose this service is because i see you remove bad links for your clients and save penguine hit sites and the reviews also suggests the same. Im only asking for what i paid...

it does not work for my site, either. OP thinks i have new spam links everyday and i really dont know what is happening. i hough it was their job to remove the bad links

So what are the possible reason that my rankings has not impromved even after 2-3 weeks the campaign was done?
