With an account that reposts memes, videos, news, currently has 85,000 real American followers and is very active (one post has 11,000 likes), how many followers should I aim for to make a $100k a year living doing social media on IG?

I'm running a Facebook company page, I'm attempting to add ten different editors but it limits me. Once I hit 5 it stopped allowing me to add any other page roles at all. Any ideas on this?
