I need 15 posts in order to send PMs, but I don't see that metric anywhere. How can I tell how many posts I've made?

I've posted in forums previously, but now I can't find any forums that I can post in other than this forum and the lounge. And I need to make 15 posts to PM. And many more posts to post in most forums it seems. Can anyone give me a list of forums that someone with less than 15 posts can post in?

Is there a help section in BHW? A way to contact support?

I can't PM until I have 15 posts. And every forum I've tried to post in so far except this once requires more than 15 posts in order to post in the forum. What forums can I post in if I don't have 15 posts yet?
