Been promoting dating offers for the past few days, I was wondering if this conversion rate is considered bad or not?

Does anyone have multiple accounts in the same niche and only post content from one account, and use the others solely to re-tweet? I was wondering because I was thinking about this, but don't know how to automate it yet, even though it probably seems too easy for some people on this forum...
