Can I just log in from any random Wifi to my german paypal stealth account without getting limitation?
Hey guys, so I bought a german paypal stealth account ( I am living in Germany) and the seller gave me the log in for a proxy and a rar zip file for portable firefox. Do I need one of them If I use always the same Wifi ( the location of my workplace) to log in? I mean both are located in Germany -

Can I use a paypal stealth account without using any proxy ?
Hey guys, I'm a noob and I do not know anything about proxies but I just wanted to know if I have to use proxy to avoid limitations on my stealth paypal account? At the moment I use Norton 360, would this be enough?
