21 day hold workdarounds?
Hi, As we know the 21 day holds are annoying for the simple cash flow problem it causes, does anyone know of any work arounds such as using a foreign (greek for example) paypal account, the greek paypal does not mention 21 day holds in its english TOS and someone said 6 months back on here... -
