How to test for a real user using ajax/mousemovement/cookies for purpose of cloaking?

Bing and adwords cloaking wish list: ip ranges, user agents, referrals, ISP
I have a cloaking system, but am getting clobbered. Mainly, we have a ton of log file and ability to filter, but need a proven list of bad ip ranges, bad referrers, user agents and isp host names. Any help is greatly appreciated! We run on both bing and adwords, so useful info on both is great...- theadnetwork
