How long it takes for Google to index my newly redesigned website.

Category page higher than homepage when searching domain name in Google
Hi, I'm having the following problem: When I search for my domain name, I get a category page in Google and an article post above my homepage. I have tons of internal links towards the homepage and some linkbuilding also. What could be the problem? Thanks.
