I used software that brought comments to posts to the top by liking. But recently I noticed that my comments weren't in the top at all there were just random comments. Nowadays amount of likes doesn't matter at all??

So I tried using VPN proxy etc stuff but it didn't work at all (and more often I can't register an acc at all). Is there any way to get Tier 1 audience if I'm not from there?
