I can't understand flippa :P If you have a site which makes 200$ every month why do people sell it for 400$ ? It doesn't seem to make sense... Whats wrong with these sites ? Or do they take too much work ?

Hi guys, Try not to laugh :P. If im going after seo in the url does it matter what order the keyword are in aslong as they are all there ? For example if pizza delivery is my keyword will the huge seo bonous still work if my domain is deliverypizza? :) Thanks in advance!
