I'm looking for websites that are doing link building right, given all the new Penguin changes - sites that are not getting penalized but are able to rank well. Looking for newer sites that are doing it more recently, like in the past 6 months or 1 year.

Google says the algo is now real-time, so I would think that you'd see a ranking boost immediately from a link from say Wikipedia or other high trust site. Has anyone seen this yet?

Noob question but just wondering why this term is not allowed here?
